Deliveries

Standard delivery

Standard delivery charges apply for the UK mainland area, North of Exeter and South of Dundee. Other locations by quotation. Delivery includes placement at the spot of your choice. Standard delivery assumes ground floor (or sufficiently large lift to other floor), with no steps, stairs or other obstructions that might prevent the server cabinet being wheeled to its required location. Cabinets are designed to pass through a standard UK door, but the customer is responsible to check the dimensions of the server cabinet and to assure free passage. Customers are advised to check for narrow doors, tight corners etc. prior to order.

Advanced delivery

Terms as per Standard Delivery, but covers deliveries where steps or stairs are involved in delivering a server cabinet or cabinets to the customer's required location. In all such cases, the customer is responsible to pre-advise Kell Systems of the steps or stairs, because specialist stair-walking equipment will be required. For safety reasons, Kell delivery crews are not permitted to move cabinets up or down steps or stairs by hand, nor are they qualified to disassemble or part-disassemble cabinets.

Delivery with on-site build

Where a narrow door, tight corner or other obstruction would prevent the cabinet or cabinets being wheeled to the desired location, the customer may request that the cabinet or cabinets be delivered partially-built by qualified Kell Systems factory personnel, who then fully assemble it at the desired location. Delivery and any required stair-walking are included in this service. This service must be pre-ordered. Regular Kell Systems delivery crews are not qualified to disassemble or part-disassemble cabinets.

Warranty

1 year general warranty against defective workmanship, inclusive of parts and labour. 3 years warranty on fan systems up to and inclusive of free replacement.

Very tight for space in our office, I have two people working in the same room as our computer servers. The new Kell System cabinet has eliminated all high frequency server noise and all we can hear are the low frequency fans.
